Shipping & Delivery Information

We operate a fixed fee shipping policy. This keeps things simple for you. The cost of shipping is just £3.95 per order, regardless of the amount of items you purchase.

WE ONLY SHIP TO THE UK MAINLAND FOR OUR FIXED RATE DELIVERY CHARGES.

ORDERS FOR NORTHERN IRELAND, CHANNEL ISLANDS AND SCOTTISH ISLANDS WILL BE CHARGED SHIPPING AT COST. IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IS IN ONE OF THESE AREAS, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL LETTING YOU KNOW THE INCREMENTAL SHIPPING CHARGES AND HOW YOU CAN MAKE PAYMENT.

ALL OUR DELIVERIES WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE.

If you are out when the package is delivered a card will be left through your door with how you can request a re-delivery or collection from our courier company.

We use various methods of postage, dependant on the item being sent. This can be Royal Mail, Parcelforce or our preferred courier company.

We endeavour to ship your order within 48 hours. Delivery is normally in 3 to 5 business days. Orders to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Islands can take up to 7 working days to be delivered from the date of dispatch.

In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE THE UK AT THIS TIME.
